Significance of 1 & 9 or 19

 All numbers fall under the foundations of one to nine, no matter how big these get. 

Why?

One signifies the creator as founded in Genesis 1:1

"In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth."

Nine signifies and points back to the Spirit, the Spirit that's superimposed. 

Therefore, numbers one and nine when merged, are 19, 19 on the wheel of time or the clock in literal form is CP7 (Clock Point 7) and when added (1 + 9 equal 10, which rounds to one). Thus once again reaffirming God's Exodus 12:2 first number patterns of 1 & 7.
